I remember liking the science fiction in this movie. They didn't feel the need to over explain everything and it flowed so smoothly that it felt like the movie was suddenly over.
The black market viruses that gave people special abilities, the ease of genetic testing, the antivirus air conditioning. The dystopian existence that suddenly popped up, even though it existed the whole time, like background radiation.
My wife and I especially liked the language. There was English mixed with Chinese and German, as if it had always been that way.
And then there were the codes. At least 46 of them, or maybe code 46 superceded all the others, I don't remember. It's in the opening text. Something about not combining your genetic code with a second cousin in order to promote greater genetic diversity.
Anyway, fun, intriguing, well acted.
